Welcome to Wakeupfromsim.com (Savitha Puttasome Gowda)("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our ebooks, guides, or assessments, or enrolling in our courses hosted on systeme.io, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you use wakeupfromsim.com, our blog, our apps and tools (the hub app, the Avatar Profile Quiz, the Pattern Decoder, the Clue Spotter), our free guide, and our paid products (assessments, reports, ebooks, workbooks, journals, planners, toolkits and any courses). The operator is [Savitha Puttasome Gowda], Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we"). By using these, you agree to the terms.

1. Who can use them

You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, please don't use our tools or buy our products.

2. Education, not advice

Everything we offer is for education, curiosity and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or spiritual advice, and it is not therapy. We don't diagnose anything and we don't promise any result. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.

3. The tools and AI output

The Pattern Decoder uses an AI service to read what you write. It can be wrong or miss things. Treat what it shows as possible themes to think about, not facts or conclusions about you. Don't enter other people's private information. Free tools have limits on how often they can be used, and we may change, pause or stop a tool at any time. Please don't try to get around the limits.

4. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital. After your payment is confirmed, we give you access or send a download link to the email you gave us. Nothing is shipped. Printable products may be printed for your own use. Downloaded files can't be returned, so refunds on them are limited as set out in the Refund Policy. Prices may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is sold at a launch price for a limited time, the end date or limit is stated on its page.

5. Access codes and accounts

If you get an unlock code or an access link, it's for you. Please don't share it publicly or resell it. We may turn off access that is shared or misused.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including the guide, workbooks, journals, planners, tools and text, belongs to [Savitha Puttasome Gowda]. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You can't copy, resell, share or republish it without written permission. You keep ownership of what you write in the tools or in your copies.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Razorpay (rupees) and PayPal (international). Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Limits on our responsibility

We offer the site, tools and products "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage arising from using them or from decisions you make because of them, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. 

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
